Overnight Oats

62

What could be better than starting your morning with chocolate? How about a rich, gooey double-chocolate “brownie batter” breakfast. And the best part? It’s actually healthy.

These brownie batter overnight oats are packed with oats and chia seeds, giving you lasting energy to power through your day. Honestly, every bite feels like sneaking a spoonful of brownie batter straight from the bowl while baking. (Be honest—who else does that?) Of course, eating an entire bowl of brownie batter before it even reaches the oven isn’t exactly the healthiest habit. That’s why this brownie batter overnight oats recipe is my go-to whenever those chocolate cravings hit.

I love serving these oats in a cup topped with fresh fruit, or packing them into a mason jar layered with raspberries or bananas for an easy grab-and-go breakfast. And if I’m enjoying them as a dessert, I’ll add a spoonful of whipped coconut cream and a sprinkle of grated chocolate on top.

Now, let’s get into this deliciously gooey treat!
